The Composite Group of Companies manufactures production lines for non-metallic composite construction materials — including rebar, reinforcing rods, masonry mesh, thickened flexible connections, sand-coated rebar, rebar with deformed profiles, reinforcement cages, bent elements, anchors, and rock bolts. The company also develops proprietary technologies for their manufacturing. For its accomplishments, the company has rightfully received numerous state awards. In 2022 alone, it was honored in two categories of the Exporter of the Year of the Ural Federal District competition and became a laureate of the All-Russian Exporter of the Year award.
That same year, the company won a competition held by the Bortnik Foundation — the largest government-backed innovation support fund in the Russian Federation — and received a grant to conduct research and develop a next-generation production line for sheds operating with minimal human intervention.
The design and engineering of the company’s lines are based on 15 years of experience in the industry and on its in-house production of composite construction materials. All engineering solutions are tested under real-world manufacturing conditions before entering the market. The company has already developed three generations of production lines. The first and second generations have been successfully manufactured and delivered to companies in nine countries worldwide. The company also operates a joint venture in Brazil and has signed agreements to establish three joint ventures in China.
